Our compact structure enables rapid decisions and clear accountability. Service and support extend across China and selected global markets through flexible partnerships. Training is continuous and covers power electronics, battery management, generator technology, solar integration, electrical safety standards, and crisis communication. Growing Technical and Clinical Expertise

We recruit from power electronics firms, clinical engineering departments, electrical utilities, renewable energy companies, and medical device manufacturers. Candidates need not only technical skill but also healthcare intuition—they must understand that a UPS failure during an MRI scan means a patient may need to be rescanned with additional contrast agent; that a generator start failure during an ICU outage can have catastrophic consequences; that a voltage stabilizer drift can distort a diagnostic image and delay treatment; that a battery reaching end-of-life is not just a maintenance issue but a clinical risk.

New hires follow a structured onboarding pathway, including shadowing in hospital engineering departments and clear progression from junior to senior technical roles. Internal promotion is the norm.

Power systems can fail at any hour. Our service engineers carry on-call responsibilities, but we plan rosters to prevent burnout; breaks are mandated during extended service episodes.
